Agreement to Terms

By booking our photography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date
• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods

Cancellation and Rescheduling

By Client: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

By Photographer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred.

Photography Session

• Session duration and coverage are as agreed in the booking contract
• We reserve the right to determine the locations and poses for the shoot
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits for specific locations
• Weather-dependent outdoor sessions may be rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable

Delivery of Photos

• Edited photos will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract
• Photos will be provided via online gallery or USB drive
• We retain the right to select which photos are edited and delivered
• Raw, unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed upon

Copyright and Usage

Photographer Rights: We retain full copyright to all images. We reserve the right to use photos for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Rights: You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered photos for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

Liability

We take utmost care with all equipment and images. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or other unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for missed moments due to technical issues.

Model Release

By booking our services, you grant permission for us to use your images for promotional purposes. If you wish to remain anonymous or restrict usage, please notify us in writing before the session.

Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our team with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if clients engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
